With locations in Mount Pleasant, Marpole, and Kitsilano, our services include foot reflexology, registered massage therapy, deep tissue massage, couples massage, buccal facials, and more.
The Massage Parlour Manager position contributes to the success of Knead Massage Studio by ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high service standards, managing staff performance, and enhancing overall client satisfaction.
Title of position: Massage Parlour Manager
Location: 637 E 15th Ave, Vancouver, BC V5T 3K5
Wage: $37.55 / hour
Start Date: As soon as possible
Vacancies: 1 vacancy
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Hours of work: 35 hours per week
Benefits: 4% vacation pay
Main job duties include:
Direct and control the daily operations of the massage parlour to ensure efficient service delivery
Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements to enhance performance and customer satisfaction
Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and service coordination
Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to maintain service quality and compliance
Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure high standards of performance
Address customers’ complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to support business growth
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Well organized with strong multitasking skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of spa, massage, or personal service industry operations is an asset
Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Minimum Experience: 1-2 years of related supervisory or managerial experience
